On behalf of our client, a growing fintech company, we are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to join their Marketing team. The successful candidate must be fluent in Russian language.

In this role you will manage affiliate relationships, acquire new affiliates, optimize affiliate programs, and handle media buying activities, having direct influence on driving traffic, increasing sales, and maximizing ROI.
Responsibilities:
· Affiliate Management: Manage affiliate relationships, recruit new affiliates, and optimize programs to maximize ROI.
· Develop and manage the affiliate marketing strategy
· Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to ensure maximum ROI
· Provide affiliates with marketing materials, campaign guidelines, and performance feedback
· Media Buying: Plan, execute, and optimize media campaigns, negotiate advertising placements, and drive traffic effectively.
· Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives.
· Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities for media buying.
· Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze performance, provide actionable insights, and prepare detailed reports for management.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager or similar role.
Proven experience in the forex industry.
Fluency in Russian language.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and digital strategies.
